- Not at all. This workshop is beginner-friendly and intentionally simple. Everything is explained clearly, so whether you're brand new or seasoned in your practice, you’ll walk away with valuable insights you can use immediately.
- 3. Will I need any equipment?
- All you need is somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down. A cushion or blanket is great, but not essential. This session is designed to be accessible anytime, anywhere.
